Der Tagungsort ist die Stadtwirtschaft Chemnitz. Sie befindet sich in der Jakobstraße 46, 09130 Chemnitz. (OSM: 50.832198, 12.940095)
Die Chemnitzer Stadtwirtschaft ist eine städtische Interventionsfläche der „Kulturhauptstadt Europas 2025“. Und setzt auf niedrigschwellige Möglichkeiten um lokale Akteure aus Gesellschaft, Kunst und Kleingewerbe als Gemeinschaft ins Viertel wirken zu lassen und bietet eine großartigen Rahmen für Freie Radios heute. Wir freuen uns daher sehr die kreative Werkstatt Atmosphäre für unsere Treffen und Workshops nutzen zu können.
Die Studios von Radio T befinden sich im Musikkombinat Chemnitz (bandbuero-chemnitz.de) und sind ca. 35 Gehminuten entfernt in der Mühlenstraße 94..
Der Checkin und die Auftaktveranstaltung am Donnerstag finden ebenso in der Stadtwirtschaft Chemnitz statt.

The „Chemnitzer Stadtwirtschaft“ is an urban intervention area of the „European Capital of Culture 2025“. And relies on low-threshold opportunities to allow local actors from society, art and small businesses to have an impact on the district as a community and offers a great setting for free radios today. We are therefore very pleased to be able to use the creative workshop atmosphere for our meetings and workshops.
Office and studios of Radio T are 35-minute walk away at Muehlenstrasse 94.
Check-in and the kick-off event on Thursday will also take place at the Stadtwirtschaft Chemnitz.
Unterkunft / Accomodation
Es stehen Mehrbettzimmer (2-4 Personen) für zirka 35,00 € pro Person & Nacht sowie kostenfreie Übernachtungsplätze für Leute mit eigenem Schlafsack & Isomatte zur Verfügung (ohne Duschgelegenheit).
Bitte gebt bei der Anmeldung an, wenn ihr eine dieser Optionen nutzen wollt.
Wer privat unterkommen kann oder sich mehr Luxus leisten möchte, kann auch selbst für die eigene Unterkunft sorgen.
There are shared rooms (2-4 people) for around €35.00 per person per night as well as free overnight accommodation for people with their own sleeping bag and sleeping mat (without shower facilities).
Please specify when registering if you would like to use one of these options.
If you can stay privately or want to afford more luxury, you can also arrange your own accommodation yourself.
Teilnahmegebühren/ Fees
Der Teilnahmebeitrag beträgt 25€ für Mitglieder des BFR / 70€ für Nichtmitglieder.
Im Teilnahmebeitrag sind die Workshops, Frühstücke und Abendessen enthalten. Die Übernachtung muss zusätzlich bezahlt werden.
Beides (Teilnahmegebühr und Mehrbettzimmer) werden bitte komplett bei der Anmeldung bezahlt. Bitte bringt ausreichend Bargeld mit.
Participation fee is 25 € for BFR members / 70 Euro for non-members
This includes workshops, breakfast and lunch. Accomodation are extra costs. Otherwise, use our free overnight accommodation with your own sleeping bag and mattress.
Participation fee and extra costs for shared room have to be paid upon check-in. Please bring enough cash with you.

Documentation and Pictures
Wir bitten alle Teilnehmenden keine eigenen Bild- und Tonaufnahmen von den Panels anzufertigen. Zuständig für die Dokumentation ist ausschließlich die DokuCrew. In Absprache mit den Teilnehmenden und Referierenden werden Fotos & Audiomitschnitte zeitnah nach dem Kongress hier veröffentlicht. Alle Referierenden werden gebeten ihre Präsentationen, Mitschriften, Grafiken etc. für die Veröffentlichung zur Verfügung zu stellen. nach dem Kongress veröffentlicht.
Please do not take your own photos or sound recordings of the penals. The DokuCrew is exclusively responsible for the documentation. In consultation with the participants and speakers, photos and audio recordings will be published shortly after the congress. All speakers are asked to make their presentations, notes, graphics, etc. available for publication.
